Terms & Conditions of Using the 12huat Platform

Clause 1: Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and the 12huat platform ("Platform", "we", or "us") operating under international licensing.

By registering an account, accessing the 12huat website, or using any services provided by our platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use 12huat services. Continued use of this platform after any amendments to the Terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

Clause 2: Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 12huat services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be residing in an area that does not restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion list by any gambling platform or relevant authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, email, mobile phone number and valid identification details. 12huat reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to comply with regulatory requirements.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the 12huat platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is considered a violation and is subject to account closure action.

Clause 3: Account Management and Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login information including your username and password. It is your obligation to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share your login information with anyone.
• Ensure that no third party uses your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly as a security measure.

12huat will not be liable for any losses resulting from the use of your account by an unauthorised party, whether with your knowledge or not, unless you have notified us of such unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account for investigation purposes if there is suspected unlawful or suspicious activity, including attempts to access another person's account.

Clause 4: Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

12huat supports a range of payment methods to facilitate financial transactions for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the 12huat platform:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes.
• All deposits and withdrawals must go through the same method or a method approved by us.
• Funds deposited into a 12huat account are for gaming purposes only.

12huat reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals for identity verification or compliance purposes, particularly for withdrawal requests involving large amounts or transactions suspected to be unlawful.

Clause 5: Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

12huat offers various bonuses and promotions to players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules in effect at the time the bonus is offered.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 150% up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Required wagering: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000

General bonus rules that apply to all 12huat promotions:

• Each player is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or converted to cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• 12huat reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if abuse of the bonus system is proven.

Clause 6: Game Rules and Platform Usage

All games available on the 12huat platform must be played in accordance with the established rules. Players agree to:

• Not use any third-party software, automated scripts, bots or tools designed to provide an unfair advantage in any game.

• Accepting that the results of the random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.

12huat is not responsible for any technical disruptions, network failures, or internet connection issues that may affect gameplay. In the event of a technical error during a game, we reserve the right to make a final decision based on transaction records stored in our system.

Clause 7: Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 12huat platform and may result in firm action, including account closure without notice:

• Identity fraud or the use of falsified documents during the verification process.
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Attempts to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt platform systems.
• Any form of unlawful collusion or cooperation between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or the use of funds obtained through illegal means.

Clause 8: Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

12huat provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 12huat will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by players as a result of gambling activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as network failures, system maintenance, or cyber attacks.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Accurate game outcomes where a verifiable technical error has occurred.

12huat's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Clause 9: Responsible Gambling

12huat reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms.
• Confirmation that the player is under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request by the player.
• An order from a legal authority or regulator.
• Verifiable fraudulent activity or platform abuse.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 12huat reserves the right to freeze and seize the balance in that account, including bonuses, cash, and unprocessed winnings.

Clause 12: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international law, consistent with the international licensing status of the 12huat platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

• First stage: Direct resolution through the 12huat customer support team via live chat or email.
• Second stage: If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to an arbitration body recognised by our licensing authority.
• Final stage: Disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration may be brought before a competent court under our licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
