12huat VIP & Loyalty Program
Every bet moves you higher up the 12huat VIP ladder. The more active you play, the bigger your weekly cashback. Five tiers await — from Bronze to Diamond.
The starting tier. Suited for new players just beginning their journey at 12huat.
Regular players start enjoying more rewarding cashback benefits each week.
The most favoured mid-tier — cashback benefits are noticeably felt on every bet.
Experienced players who bet frequently receive special treatment at the Platinum tier.
Diamond members enjoy the highest weekly cashback and exclusive VIP service.
Progress between VIP tiers is determined by your betting activity — the more active you play, the faster you move up. Weekly cashback is credited directly to your account and can be used to play again or withdrawn according to the applicable terms.
Understanding Bonus Terms
Bonuses in online gambling can sometimes be confusing. Here we explain the key terms in plain language, so you know what you are getting into before claiming any bonus.
Wagering / Rollover
The total amount you need to bet using bonus funds before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. It is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, 20x means your bonus needs to be rolled over 20 times.
Bet Limit While Using a Bonus
While using a bonus, there is a maximum limit per bet allowed. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and winnings being voided. Always check the terms to find the specific limit for each offer.
Game Contribution
Not all games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute more than table games such as baccarat or roulette. Check the game contribution list before playing with bonus funds.
Bonus Expiry Period
Every bonus has a validity period. After the expiry date, the bonus and any related winnings will lapse automatically. Make sure you complete the wagering requirement within the set period.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A non-sticky bonus can be withdrawn together with winnings once the conditions are met. A sticky bonus remains in your account as playing credit only and cannot be withdrawn directly — only the net winnings can be claimed.
Maximum Withdrawal Limit on Winnings
Some bonuses set a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus winnings. Even if your winnings are higher, only the permitted amount can be transferred to your cash balance.
12huat Welcome Bonus Calculation Example
Deposit RM100 → 150% Bonus = RM150 → Account balance = RM250
Wagering requirement: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000 — that is the total betting amount that must be reached before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Always read the Terms & Conditions carefully before claiming any bonus. Read our Terms & Conditions.

The Range of Game Studios at Online Casinos
A modern online casino platform is not just one type of game — it is a combination of various software studios, each specialising in their own area. Understanding these types of studios helps you choose the games that best suit your playing style.
Tier-One Slot Studios
These companies produce video slots with cinematic graphics, Megaways mechanics, cluster pays, and bonus buy features that let players access the bonus round directly. Their games are recognised worldwide for animation quality and fair play.
Live Dealer Studios
Operators that stream professional dealers live from licensed studios in Eastern Europe and Asia. Baccarat, blackjack, roulette and sic bo tables are broadcast 24 hours a day in HD video quality for a genuine casino experience from home.
Asia-Focused Studios
A provider specialising in Asia-themed titles — slots based on local culture, interactive fishing games, and culturally relevant titles that are very popular among Southeast Asian players including Malaysians.
Crash & Instant Game Studios
Newer providers offering fast-round games with provably fair mechanics — such as crash games where the win multiplier rises until a certain point. Suited for players who want instant results.
